One way to eliminate mouse related wrist stress is via the use of a touch screen monitor. Or, you can share the stress load and combine your mouse with a touch screen.

Ours work with any mouse-driven program operating under Windows, Macintosh or Linux. The mouse can be used concurrently. The touch screen can be activated by a finger, fingernail, gloved hand or stylus. Choose a monitor with Touch Screen technology built in. Or, purchase an add-on touch screen kit for your laptop or LCD or CRT monitor. On add-on kits, touch screen window gets its power from the computer's USB port (or PS2 depending on the model). No special power adapter is needed.

Magic Touch also shields radiation and reduces static. No special software needed. Works with any mouse driven software and mouse can be used simultaneously. You can clean the screen with any regular glass cleaner like Windex which you should spray on to a cloth and not directly on to the screen.
