The Nova 85 Series is designed to accommodate CRT monitors with the following dimensions: Smaller monitors: Monitors not exceeding: 17.5" deep x 17" wide x 18" high. The viewport area will measure 18" x 21". Suitable for CRT's measured up to 17" diagonal. Larger monitors: Monitors not exceeding 23.5" d x 20 1/8" wide x 19" high. The viewport area will measure 21" x 24". Suitable for CRT's measuring up to 21" diagonal.
Having the CRT beneath the work surface helps keep the optimal distance from eyes to screen. The CRT, reference data and hands are within the peripheral view of the operator, resulting in increased productivity, fewer mistakes. Since the monitor is in a neutral light source protected by a tinted tempered glass port, eye strain is relieved. Nova workstations position the CRT 20-40 degrees below the
horizontal line of site. This ANSI approved angle helps alleviate chronic neck pain and
